1. General Overview
Welcome to the Texas Bungalows Hotel & Hotel Que Loyalty Program ("Program"). This Program is designed to reward our valued guests for their continued support and loyalty. By enrolling in the Program, members agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern the collection and redemption of points, membership benefits, and other aspects of participation. Texas Bungalows Hotel & Hotel Que ("Hotel") reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older with a valid email address and phone number.
- Membership is free and does not require a credit card.
- To enroll, guests must complete the registration process online, via phone, or in person at the Hotel.
- Each member is limited to one account; duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated.
- Members must ensure that their personal information is accurate and up to date.
3. Earning Points
- Points are awarded based on eligible transactions, including direct hotel bookings, room upgrades, and other qualified purchases at the Hotel.
- Points are not earned on third-party bookings (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com), promotional rates, discounted stays, or group bookings.
- Points will be credited to the member’s account within 7 days of checkout.
- Points cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Bonus points may be awarded for special promotions at the Hotel’s discretion.
4. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for various rewards, including free nights, room upgrades, and exclusive offers.
- Redemption requests must be made through the Hotel’s official booking channels.
- Rewards are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
- Once redeemed, rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Expiration & Account Activity
- Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned if the member does not earn or redeem any additional points within that period.
- Accounts with 18 months of inactivity (no points earned or redeemed) may be closed.
- Members will receive email notifications regarding upcoming point expirations.
6. Membership Tiers & Benefits
- The Program offers different membership tiers based on accumulated stays or points.
- Tier status is reviewed annually, and members must maintain eligibility to retain their tier.
- The Hotel reserves the right to adjust tier qualifications at any time.
7. Membership Cancellation & Termination
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the Hotel’s support team.
- The Hotel may terminate an account due to fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of Program Terms.
- Terminated accounts will forfeit all points and benefits.
- The Hotel may revoke membership privileges at its discretion.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
- The Hotel is not responsible for errors, unauthorized access, or technical issues affecting the Program.
- All Program decisions, including eligibility, points allocation, and reward availability, are final and made at the sole discretion of the Hotel.
- Disputes arising from the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
